Kalli serves as a Senior Executive Recruiter at McDermott + Bull within the firm’s Financial Services Practice. In this role, she leads candidate research and recruiting efforts while driving pipeline strategy and execution to deliver exceptional results for clients. Known for her relationship-driven approach, strategic mindset, and positive energy, Kalli brings a unique blend of senior recruiting expertise, business partnership, and deep industry knowledge to every search.

Prior to joining McDermott + Bull, Kalli spent nearly four years with Zions Bancorporation, where she held progressively responsible recruiting roles supporting enterprise operations, treasury management, and technology organizations. Most recently, she served as Senior Recruiter for Zions Bank, partnering directly with senior leaders and executives on high-priority and specialized hires within a highly regulated banking environment. Throughout her tenure, she became known for building trusted relationships, developing proactive talent pipelines, and delivering thoughtful, consultative recruiting strategies aligned with long-term business objectives. Earlier in her career, Kalli held recruiting and HR roles with Rio Tinto, supporting corporate and technical hiring initiatives across the United States.

Kalli earned her bachelor’s degree from Utah State University Jon M. Huntsman School of Business. She currently resides in Salt Lake City with her three children. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active, traveling, and being outdoors.
