Kevin Kim serves as an Executive Recruiter for McDermott + Bull, where he works closely with the firm’s Aerospace + Defense Practice to secure executive talent that align with clients’ culture and needs.
Kevin started at McDermott + Bull as an Accounting Coordinator, where he quickly transitioned into an Accounting Manager role. Before his time at the firm, Kevin was on the path toward academic research in the field of psychology when he stepped in and took over his family’s business while his father was receiving treatment. He graduated from the University of California, Berkeley where he studied psychology and statistics and managed a research laboratory.
He currently resides in Irvine but spends much of his time visiting friends all around California, including those in Torrance, Anaheim, Los Angeles, San Diego, and the Bay Area.
