Michael will continue to lead executive search engagements across private equity-backed organizations. His expertise in operations, supply chain, and value creation has been instrumental in supporting clients as they build leadership teams positioned for scale and long-term growth.

Since joining McDermott + Bull, Michael has built a strong reputation for delivering high-impact search outcomes across a diverse portfolio of engagements. Prior to joining the firm, he held roles with two national executive search firms within their manufacturing, supply chain, and operations divisions. He founded a national supply chain practice and led training initiatives across Lean Six Sigma, logistics management, procurement strategy, and operational excellence. Michael began his career in supply chain at HNI, completing a rotational program that developed his expertise across manufacturing, distribution, and logistics.
