Prior to joining McDermott + Bull, she served as an Associate Partner and team leader at an executive search firm where she sourced and secured talent in the technology industry and was a Founders Club recipient an impressive 10 times.
Noelle has a strong track record of success in global recruitment for prominent technology firms, building revenue driving teams for tech startups. Throughout her career, she fostered and nurtured partnerships with publicly traded, VC-backed, and private equity-backed companies, executing intricate executive searches across various functional areas. She studied workforce education and development at Southern Illinois University.
