Based in Ohio, Sam joins the firm’s Healthcare + Life Sciences Practice, bringing deep industry experience while helping drive McDermott + Bull’s continued expansion throughout the Midwest.
Sam brings over a decade of executive search experience, with a strong focus on healthcare and life sciences. Throughout her career, she has partnered with emerging and growth-stage businesses, private equity-backed companies, and established global enterprises on critical executive hires spanning a broad range of functions. Her work includes biopharmaceuticals, medical devices, diagnostics, life science tools, and healthcare services, giving her a strong understanding of the leadership needs of organizations within the industry.
