Rebecca Miller, Senior Managing Director and Angela Anderson, Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Operations for McDermott + Bull Interim Leaders, have placed an Interim CHRO for a $1.5B real estate company in Los Angeles, California. The residential and commercial real estate builder provides temporary housing solutions for businesses and individuals globally.

Recently bought by a Chinese conglomerate, and with their current CHRO traveling to assist with acquisitions and integrations, there was an immediate need for an interim CHRO. The responsibilities for this role included assessing everyday processes and procedures to establish efficiencies while working closely with the new owners of the business.

The placed candidate has over 20 years of extensive Human Resource leadership experience, including turnaround situations with talent management as well as learning and development for large companies nationwide.

McDermott + Bull Interim Leaders is a unique, personalized, and urgent service which specializes in placing performance focused senior-level executives into temporary roles to manage business challenges and opportunities. Many of these engagements result in turn-around and/or operational evolution, often saving an organization’s bottom line.
