Helen is a highly accomplished healthcare technology executive with an extensive background in research, innovation, and global business strategy. She has held leadership roles at companies such as Royal Philips, where she served as Senior Vice President in both Innovation Management and Integrated Solutions. Helen is currently engaged in a variety of board and advisory roles across the healthcare space, with a focus on imaging, informatics, and AI-driven technologies. She earned her PhD in Physics (Medical Ultrasound) from the University College, Cardiff, UK, and has authored nine patents during her career.
Beverly brings over two decades of experience as a medical device entrepreneur, CEO, and board director. She has founded and led several venture-backed companies, including Vibrynt, Inc. and Qool Therapeutics, where she was responsible for driving innovation and commercialization strategies. Beverly’s career includes executive leadership positions at Guidant Corporation, where she was Vice President and General Manager of several business units. She holds a Master of Science in Technology Management from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Science in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Illinois.
