Galleher and their private equity partner, reached out to M+B seeking a CFO who would develop a strategic vision for the finance and accounting team; ensure tactical execution for mergers and acquisitions; and leverage new market opportunities. Their ideal candidate needed experience leading the financial operations of a private equity sponsored manufacturing and distribution business.
Jim had extensive experience that matched Gallaher’s needs, including his time at smaller, privately held businesses as well as public sector companies ranging from $800M up to $3B. After his most recent tenure with Hughes Supply, he worked with Interior Specialists Inc. (ISI) and Interior Logic Group (ILG).
