McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Andy Shashlo as Chief Executive Officer of ColorCoat, Inc. Andy will focus on the growth and operational improvement of the company while working closely with the organization’s Board of Directors and President. He will optimize the performance of ColorCoat’s 10 facilities, maintain excellent customer service as the business continues to grow, and ensure the company meets its sales and profit targets.
Andy is an experienced industry operations leader with a deep background in the window and door manufacturing space. He has experience managing a distributed production workforce and has a passion for change management that he will bring into this role.
ColorCoat, Inc. is private equity-backed by Vopne Capital. Since 2003, the company has been expertly coating vinyl windows and doors for the largest window manufacturers in the world. ColorCoat is the largest exterior coating applicator in the United States and is the only independent AAMA Gold Label certified applicator in the country.
