McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Michael Zuckerman as Chief Executive Officer at private equity-backed Ensemble Therapy. Michael will work closely with the private equity firm Carroll Capital to enhance the company’s platform, drive scalability, and build efficiencies while fostering a strong company culture. He will instill a high level of operational rigor, organizational maturity, and success to drive the organization into its next phase of growth.
Michael is an M.D. who has a strong background in driving growth for multisite healthcare businesses. Most recently, he was the Chief Operating Officer at IPM Medical Group where he oversaw the daily operations of all the company’s clinics. Michael was instrumental in doubling the size of the business over a three-year period. Prior to joining IPM Medical Group, Michael was the Chief Operating Officer at FPA Women’s Health.
