McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Arthur S. Sindoni as Chief Financial Officer at TruCore Holdings. In this role, Arthur will lead the company’s financial strategy and operations, overseeing the integration and centralization of finance across its growing multi-entity platform. He will partner with executive leadership, the Board, and private equity sponsors to strengthen financial infrastructure, support continued acquisitions, and drive long-term value creation.

Arthur brings over two decades of executive finance leadership across private equity-backed and high-growth organizations. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Draiver, where he built the finance organization following the company’s formation through multiple acquisitions. He implemented NetSuite ERP, centralized financial reporting across operations in the United States, Mexico, Brazil, and Canada, established enterprise KPIs and audit-ready controls, and partnered with shareholders on capital strategy and long-term growth initiatives. Earlier in his career, he held senior finance leadership roles with Legacy Lifecare, MB Gestão de Patrimônio, LPS Brasil, Whirlpool Corporation, and Telefónica, leading post-merger integrations and finance transformations that strengthened operational performance and enterprise value. He earned his MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, an MS in Computer Finance from Fundação Getulio Vargas, and a BS in Industrial Engineering from FEI in São Paulo, Brazil.
