McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Erika Lapish as Chief Human Resources Officer at GeoStabilization International. In this role, Erika will lead the company’s enterprise human resources strategy and partner closely with the executive leadership team to support GSI’s next phase of growth. She will be responsible for advancing leadership development, succession planning, talent acquisition, organizational design, workforce planning, and post-acquisition talent integration while strengthening leadership effectiveness and organizational culture across the business.

Erika brings over 25 years of executive human resources leadership experience across publicly traded, global manufacturing, healthcare, industrial, and aerospace organizations. Most recently, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer at MGP Ingredients, where she led enterprise human capital strategy, directed the successful integration of the Luxco acquisition, established HR Centers of Excellence, and negotiated long-term collective bargaining agreements across multiple manufacturing facilities. Prior to that, Erika served as Vice President of Human Resources at R1 RCM, where she partnered with executive leadership to support overĀ  7,000 associates, led workforce planning and organizational transformation initiatives, and helped scale the organization. Earlier in her career, Erika held human resources leadership roles with Benteler Automotive, Masco Corporation, and United Technologies. Erika earned a Master of Science in Labor & Industrial Relations and a Bachelor of Science in Business and Environmental Studies from Michigan State University and has completed executive leadership programs through Harvard Business School and the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
