McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Stephanie Heller as Chief Human Resources Officer at HeartFlow. Stephanie will drive organizational development and change management while maintaining high employee engagement, retention, and an innovative culture. She will also acquire, engage, and develop human capital to create a significant impact on the global business.
Most recently, Stephanie led human resources for Hugel Aesthetics where she served as a partner and advisor to the executive leadership team. She began her career in human resources at leading medtech companies like Hologic, Johnson & Johnson, and Edwards Lifesciences.
