McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Dr. John Martin as Chief Medical Officer and Executive Vice President at Cardiosense. John will report directly to the CEO and play a critical role in driving clinical development, leading medical affairs, and guiding product strategy and regulatory initiatives. He will oversee market access, clinical operations, and product management to ensure the successful advancement and adoption of Cardiosense’s AI-powered cardiovascular technologies.

John is an accomplished medical executive with more than 30 years of experience in cardiovascular medicine and digital health. Most recently, he served as Chief Medical Officer at Butterfly Network, where he led regulatory efforts, clinical development, and the strategic integration of AI-powered diagnostics. Prior to that, he held senior leadership roles including President of Cardiology Associates and Medical Director of Heart and Vascular Services at Anne Arundel Medical Center. John earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and his MBA from the Carey School of Business.
