McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Amy Horan as Chief People Officer at Anuvu. Amy will be responsible for leading all of the human resources (HR) department’s actions globally, developing and fostering a culture of diversity and inclusivity while prioritizing the establishment of a world-class talent acquisition and management strategy.
Amy brings 25 years of global HR leadership experience to Anuvu, having led high-performing teams across the aerospace and telecom sectors. She most recently served as Senior Vice President + Chief People Officer at Sierra Space, where she was responsible for building out the company’s entire HR function after it was expanded out of Sierra Nevada Corporation, where she previously led the entire HR team for the space systems group.
