McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Alan Luppy as Chief People Officer at King Aerospace. In this role, Alan will lead the overall human resources strategy for both King Aerospace, Inc. and King Aerospace Commercial Corporation, overseeing talent acquisition, employee relations, leadership development, compensation and benefits, performance management, compliance, and organizational development. He will play a key role in supporting the company’s continued growth while strengthening its people strategy, culture, and leadership capabilities across multiple locations.
Alan brings more than 25 years of leadership experience spanning human resources, operations, talent management, and organizational development. Most recently, he served as Director of Human Resources at VoidForm, where he led HR functions across seven locations throughout the United States and Canada, overseeing recruitment, benefits, employee relations, compliance, safety, training, and leadership development. Prior to that, Alan served as Director of Human Resources for Clearfork Academy, where he built scalable HR programs, implemented leadership development initiatives, and led HR compliance efforts across a multi-site behavioral healthcare organization. Earlier in his career, he spent more than two decades serving in the United States Army, holding progressive leadership roles in human resources, recruiting, operations, and personnel management.
