McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Kent Highnam as Dean at the Justice Institute of British Columbia. Kent will continue to ensure the school remains the premier education and training center in British Columbia and Canada. He will ensure sustainability through the development and implementation of relevant programs, credentials, and applied research to meet the needs of students, clients, and communities.
Kent brings 24 years of experience providing conflict and dispute resolution mediation, facilitation, and coaching services to private and public sector clients. Throughout that time, he grew in progressive leadership responsibilities and capabilities. His commitment and passion for the work of the Justice Institute of British Columbia will serve him well as Dean.
