Brittany Stansfield
SENIOR CONSULTANT + HEAD OF RECRUITMENT, EXECUTIVE SEARCH
Brittany serves as Senior Consultant + Head of Recruitment at McDermott + Bull Canada and is part of the firm’s Research + Recruitment team, based in Vancouver, BC. With over a decade of search experience, she brings a deep understanding of search best practices. Brittany supports the firm’s practice leaders in executing search engagements, primarily partnering with privately-held companies and private equity firms to source key executive talent in competitive business environments.
Prior to joining the firm, Brittany worked at a leading Canadian boutique executive search firm. She has contributed to the placement of hundreds of executive-level positions in commercial, public sector, and NPO organizations.
Brittany attended the University of British Columbia and focused on studies in psychology. She was born and raised in Vancouver and resides there with her husband.
