McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Stephanie Beyer as Director of Compliance at Embla Medical. In this role, Stephanie will lead and evolve the company’s compliance program, with a focus on risk assessment, regulatory oversight, and the development of scalable compliance frameworks across the organization. She will partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical guidance while supporting a culture grounded in integrity and ethical decision-making.
Stephanie brings nearly two decades of compliance, governance, and risk management experience within complex, highly regulated environments. Most recently, she served as Director of Compliance, Law, Commercial Business at CVS Health, where she led compliance and regulatory initiatives across the organization. Prior to CVS Health, Stephanie served as Director of Compliance at bswift, a CVS Health company, where she led compliance and regulatory programs and served as Data Privacy Officer. Earlier in her career, she held roles of increasing responsibility at Aetna and Genworth Financial spanning Medicare, business continuity, process improvement, operational risk, audit, privacy, and regulatory compliance. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Lipscomb University.
