McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Chris Bailey as Director of Sales and Marketing at Pacific Coast Fruit Products. Chris will contribute significantly to the company’s continued outstanding commercial success by driving revenue, margin, market share, and team growth. He will work with the leadership team to develop and execute the go-to-market strategy, overseeing all aspects of sales, including planning, forecasting, account management, customer acquisition, and leading the inside sales team.
Chris brings 18 years of experience in the consumer packaged goods industry, with expertise in customer development and sales strategy across Canadian, U.S., and global markets. Prior to joining Pacific Coast Fruit Products, he held leadership roles at Daiya Foods, Vega, and Campbells. He has been responsible for new market expansion, sales planning and strategy, and sales and business management contributing significantly to organizational success.
