McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Tammy Hui as Executive Vice President, People and Culture at Kandor Management Corporation. In her new role, Tammy will drive Kandor’s strategic human resources direction, continuing to foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and growth. As a member of the executive team, Tammy will focus on building a solid foundation of people-focused, cross-functional processes and tools to support Kandor’s continued development. She will play a key role in shaping the organization’s future by integrating a people focus into critical business decisions and driving sustainable success.
Tammy brings a wealth of experience, having managed Human Resources for companies ranging from large, market-dominant organizations to technology startups. This range has exposed her to the robust structure, processes, and transparency found in Fortune 100 ranked public companies, as well as the scrappiness and roll-up-your-sleeves mentality required for triple-digit growth in technology startups. Additionally, she holds a formal leadership coaching designation and 10 years of experience coaching all levels of leadership. Tammy has excelled in organizational design, HR policy and process development, leadership coaching, talent attraction, and rigorously protecting culture during periods of high growth.
