McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Kurtis Olson as the General Manager of Advanced Circuits, Inc. Reporting to the President, Kurtis will lead all operations within the company’s 50,000-square-foot Maple Grove facility. He will be heavily involved in allocating budget resources, coordinating business operations, managing operational costs, ensuring excellent customer service, engaging with vendors, hiring and training employees, and identifying new potential business opportunities. Additionally, Kurtis will develop both strategic and tactical business plans to achieve significant revenue growth, establish key performance indicators, and formulate a business plan to establish growth projections and ensure success.
Kurtis has over 15 years of experience in achieving operational excellence through continuous improvement, LEAN, and Six Sigma initiatives within the circuit board manufacturing space. He has previously served as the Operations Manager at Minco Products, leading the 500 employees in charge of all production, planning, and logistics across the company’s two locations in Fridley, MN and Aston, France. Kurtis’s strength in servant leadership will allow him to achieve the goals set before him and lead the ACI team to outstanding success and growth.
