Ohan will lead RealtyTrac.com, HomeFacts.com, and HomeDisclosure.com under the ATTOM Data Solutions name. The current vision is to transform these sites into a free service, capitalize on the brands, and convert to a lead generation model. Additionally, he will develop, present, and execute their business strategy while being primarily responsible for owning the experience and improving engagement towards increasing their monetization.
Ohan is an experienced professional in the full continuum of the residential real estate industry. In his previous role at SOLD.com, he was a member of the original executive team that formulated the strategy for the company and led the technology, product, data, and design teams.
