McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Robert Cooke as Managing Director, Commercial Division at Primacoustic. Based in Port Coquitlam, B.C., Robert will lead the division’s operations and commercial growth to penetrate new markets, further establishing the company as a leading, best-in-class acoustic products company.
Robert is an accomplished business leader with over 20 years of wide-ranging leadership experience in the building products and manufacturing industries. He has served as the General Manager, Director of Innovation, and Director of Product Management for companies such as Napoleon/Steel Products and Canplas Industries.
Created in 2000, Primacoustic is a division of Radial Engineering Limited and is a market leader in commercial acoustic solutions. Their groundbreaking Broadway acoustic panels not only grace the studio walls of international artists such as John Rzeznik (Goo Goo Dolls), Tommy Lee (Motley Crue), Nathan East (Eric Clapton), and Chad Kroeger (Nickelback), but they have also been used by major corporations including Electronic Arts, Fender Musical Instruments, Target, NBC Olympics, Cisco Systems, Renault, and Sony.
