McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Tom Hendrix as Market Vice President for Apria Healthcare. As Market Vice President, Tom will have full P+L responsibility for Apria’s market, including both revenue and operating income, along with driving operational improvement initiatives. Tom will drive operational efficiency and margin improvement while he oversees a disciplined and focused team of Branch General Managers. He will be responsible for developing robust business processes and improving operations to provide excellent customer service at the most efficient cost.
Tom most recently served as District Manager for CVS Pharmacy, where he enjoyed tremendous growth and success for over a decade. He has more than 20 years of overall retail experience, focusing on operations and training. He started his career in sales at Sears Holding Corporation, and he continued to grow throughout his career transitioning to Mervyn’s, TJMaxx, and eventually CVS Pharmacy. He prides himself in his effectiveness in maintaining operational efficiencies while continuously improving overall customer satisfaction. Tom earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in business from the University of Florida.
