McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Kelly Gryschuk as National Director, People and Culture at Pharmasave. Reporting directly to the CEO, Kelly will lead all corporate human resources functions in support of the organization’s mission and vision. Additionally, she will implement strategic plans and develop objectives that align with both the human resources framework and the broader people and culture initiatives.
Kelly brings more than 20 years of progressive human resource management and leadership experience. Previously, she served as the Regional Human Resources Director for Western Canada at Staples Canada. She holds a Master of Leadership and Training from Royal Roads University and a certificate in executive coaching.
