McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Eric Ellis as President and Chief Operating Officer at Dynamic Aerostructures. Eric will be responsible for building and developing the business as the organization looks to grow organically and through M&A.
Eric spent the early parts of his career at Danaher, where he was trained in engineering, operational efficiency, and Lean manufacturing, all centered around the Toyota Production System. He later joined General Dynamics as the Vice President and General Manager of the Tactical Air Munitions business, which grew exponentially through his leadership. He was then promoted to Senior Vice President, where he merged the Tactical Air Munitions business with Precision Systems, creating a substantial revenue stream for the company.
Dynamic Aerostructures is a holding company backed by Endeavour Capital. They are recognized for their metal forming and fabrication and are focused on providing engineered solutions for their customers’ metal forming needs.
