McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Nick Efthimiadis as President at MD Charlton. Nick will be responsible for managing the overall performance of the company and positioning it for its next phase of growth. With a focus on culture, customer service, and quality, he will lead the team to further professionalize and elevate the business for continued success.

Nick brings a wealth of experience to the role as a values-driven executive. Throughout his career, he has had tremendous success leading large and mid-sized companies through rapid growth while building highly engaged and motivated teams. Previously, he served as President of a privately held custom product manufacturer and distributor of tactical soft goods, where he developed strong relationships within the defense, military, government, and law enforcement space. Additionally, his background  in sales, marketing, and product development will contribute to MD Charlton’s growth as he transitions into this role.
