McDermott + Bull has placed Melinda Joe as the Senior Director of Human Resources for NZXT, reporting to the Vice President of Global Operations. This newly created position will provide insights, solutions, and advice on a wide variety of human capital matters, while leading all HR functions. NZXT was in search of a well-rounded, experienced HR professional who has extensive expertise across a wide range of HR disciplines. Another critical requirement was that the candidate worked in high-performing environments where HR has played an integral role in the execution of the business strategy.
Melinda has a unique and relevant background, including her time with eHarmony and Warner Bros, for six years and eight years, respectively. This experience allows her to bring in strategic ideas and initiatives to help implement new processes and procedures at NZXT.
