McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Chris Wolff as Senior Vice President, Market Development at FIRE1 Medical. In this role, Chris will lead the company’s U.S. market development strategy as FIRE1 advances toward commercialization of its breakthrough heart failure technology. His primary responsibility will be driving the company’s pivotal U.S. clinical study while leading market development initiatives, strengthening relationships with key opinion leaders and clinical partners, and supporting FIRE1’s commercialization efforts.
Chris brings nearly 30 years of leadership experience across cardiovascular medical devices, heart failure therapies, commercial strategy, and clinical development. Most recently, he served as Global Vice President at Corvia Medical, where he led global therapy development efforts supporting the company’s pivotal heart failure clinical trial and commercialization strategy. Previously, he held senior leadership positions with Abbott and BioVentrix, where he drove commercial growth, physician engagement, clinical education, and market development for innovative cardiovascular technologies. Throughout his career, Chris has helped bring innovative cardiovascular technologies to market by leading commercial strategy, market development, physician engagement, and clinical education initiatives. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sports Science from Colorado State University.
