McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Tom Schwinn as Vice President of Business Development at The Entwistle Company. Tom joins the organization during an exciting new chapter of the company’s 100-year history. Well capitalized with investments from new partners, NTC Group and AEA Investors, Entwistle is scaling for rapid growth as it expands its offerings to U.S. military forces, major defense primes, and our allied forces. Tom will be at the forefront of sales and business development efforts as the company executes against an aggressive growth strategy.
Tom is an experienced leader with a strong track record of success leading sales and business development efforts with clients across the defense industry, maintaining a special focus in naval warfare systems. He spent his early career as an engineer with General Dynamics’ Electric Boat subsidiary, and he most recently ran sales in the U.S. and Asia for TE Connectivity Aerospace’s Defense and Marine sector.
The Entwistle Company has been committed to designing, manufacturing, and servicing high quality products on time for over 100 years. Starting with Wire & Cable machinery in the Providence area, the company now manufactures a wide range of defense products and commercial machinery at its plants in Hudson, MA and Danville, VA.
