McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Theresa Moy as Vice President of Commercial Development at VanProp Investments Ltd. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and acting as a board advisor, Theresa will be responsible for leading the commercial and retail evolution components of the organization’s redevelopment of Lansdowne Centre mall in Richmond, British Columbia. She will play an integral role in transforming the mall into a vibrant, transit-oriented, mixed-use masterplan.
Theresa has over 20 years of experience leading companies and marquee properties in commercial and retail industries across Vancouver and throughout Canada.
Vanprop Investments is a privately-owned real estate development company based in Richmond, British Columbia. The organization is a long-time owner of Lansdowne and remains dedicated to delivering a quality shopping and dining experience to the Richmond community. With Vanprop’s vision and master plan to renew this site over the next decade or two, this experience will improve as the company introduces living, working, recreational, and other exciting opportunities to its strategic property.
