Lisa Hunter

Lisa Hunter serves as a Principal at McDermott + Bull Canada, based in Vancouver, BC. Lisa supports the firm’s partners in the leadership and delivery of search engagements across diverse sectors, leveraging her strong track record of leading and executing complex international executive search engagements.
She has over 20 years of global recruitment experience including in-house recruitment, recruitment process outsourcing, and executive search. Prior to joining the firm, she worked in executive search, serving clients throughout North America in various industries such as forestry, manufacturing, and technology. Early in her career, Lisa led a global graduate recruitment program, hiring high-potential employees as part of the rotational talent management program in London.
Lisa received her Bachelor of Arts in sociology and her postgraduate diploma in human resources management at Leeds Beckett University. She lives with her husband, their two daughters, and their dog on Bowen Island, BC.
