McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Sandy Digilio as the Vice President of Compensation, Benefits, and HRIS at CoreLogic, Inc. In this dynamic role, Sandy will report to the Chief Human Resources Officer and will serve as a key member of the human resources team. She will lead the strategic direction of HR initiatives and drive the execution of the company’s total reward strategy. She will work closely with various business units to create processes and programs to position CoreLogic competitively and aid talent attraction and retention.
Sandy Digilio is a strategic total rewards executive with 25 years of experience. While studying at Cornell, she interned with Frito Lay and J.P. Morgan. From there, Sandy has held various roles with Compensation Resource Group (CRG), Conexant/Mindspeed, Activision, Paramount Pictures, and The Walt Disney Company/ESPN. Her overall background and relevant experience in executive compensation, incentive plan design, global compensation + benefits, expatriate programs, HRIS implementations, long-term incentives, and mergers + acquisitions made her an exemplary candidate for this role. Before transitioning to CoreLogic, Sandy was consulting with Scopely, where she was responsible for integrating recent acquisitions while evaluating current compensation and benefit programs. Her proven track record of success at large and reputable companies will drive the human resources function to the next level at CoreLogic.
