McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Brad Brown as Vice President of Enterprise Identity Management of First American Financial Corporation. He will provide a dynamic perspective, business acumen, and leadership in the management of First American Identity and Access Management (IAM) services. He will be responsible for directing, coordinating, implementing, and executing IAM services to ensure consistency with business direction; compliance with applicable standards, policies, and procedures; and management of established budgets. Reporting to the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer, Brad will provide leadership and direction through four verticals and will advise executive management on trends and critical security matters associated with Enterprise Identity Management.
For the past 15 years, Brad has led, planned, built, and deployed IAM programs for large, billion-dollar organizations including ServiceNow, CVS, Honeywell, and IBM. He possesses international experience as well as a background in owning IAM roadmap and strategy. He has also led large teams where he has demonstrated an ability to be both strategic as well as technical, earning the trust of his team in understanding the complex technologies.
