McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Theresa Johnson as Vice President of Human Resources at Dynamic Aerostructures. Theresa will set the human resources foundation as the company builds a new roll-up strategy to acquire machine shops that will support the aerospace and defense supply chain.
Theresa comes from a strong private equity background, where she has helped scale mid-market manufacturing businesses. She successfully helped lead this effort during her time with Captek Softgel, and she will leverage that experience in her new role with Dynamic Aerostructures.
Dynamic Aerostructures is a holding company backed by Endeavour Capital. They are recognized for their metal forming and fabrication and are focused on providing engineered solutions for their customers’ metal forming needs.
