McDermott + Bull has placed Kathy Linares as Vice President of Information Technology at Insulectro. Insulectro was looking for an IT leader who could support Insulectro in creating world-class processes and systems to better partner with the company’s high-end customer base.
Kathy comes from serving as Chief Information Officer for over eight years with Orora Packaging Solutions, a publicly-held company offering tailored packaging solutions. Throughout her career, Linares has worked on an impressive 13 ERP implementations. She is passionate about improving organizations in making them more efficient by taking them to the next level in operational excellence. In addition to adding value with her IT background, she enjoys improving company culture by inspiring and motiving others, making her a great fit for Insulectro’s leadership team.
