McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Jason Grasman as Vice President (VP) of Manufacturing at Hartzell Propeller Inc. In his new role, Jason will lead all production at the organization’s Piqua, Ohio headquarters. He will report directly to the President and lead an innovative team of several hundred employees as the company continues its incredible 100-year legacy of being the top propeller manufacturer in general aviation. Jason brings a strong track record of manufacturing leadership. Most recently, he acted as Director of Operations at Waupaca Foundry, where he oversaw two manufacturing plants, and has served on the leadership teams at both Meritor Heavy Vehicle Systems and Ingersoll Rand before that. His experience successfully leading organizations through transformational periods makes him a natural fit for Hartzell as the company advances on a strong growth trajectory.
