Milo serves as a Managing Partner at McDermott + Bull Europe, based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. With his extensive expertise in executive search, he supports national and international clients in finding game-changing talent.
At the start of his recruitment career, Milo was a consultant and then eventually a Partner at Interconsulants Executive Search, which was later acquired by McDermott + Bull. Prior to executive search, Milo held various roles, including Chief Operating Officer, at one of the fastest-growing fast-food organizations in Europe.
Milo graduated from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences in economic law.
