She has over 20 years of experience in the talent acquisition industry, finding the right candidates to support her client’s needs for skill, experience, and culture fit. Her expertise spans across the broad spectrum of technology, with specific emphasis on information, communication and technology (ICT), networking, and cybersecurity.
Throughout her career, Noelle has fostered and nurtured partnerships with publicly traded, VC-backed, and private equity-backed companies, executing intricate executive searches across various functional areas. She has a strong track record of success in leading global recruitment for prominent technology firms, building revenue-driving teams for tech startups, and working with notable clientele such as Cisco, Commscope, Arista Networks, and Sandvine.
Noelle studied workforce education and development at Southern Illinois University. She enjoys trail riding with her horse, hiking with her dog, attending concerts, and spending quality time with family and friends.
