Norbert serves as a Managing Partner at McDermott + Bull Europe, based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Norbert serves national and international clients in the private and public sectors in finding exceptional executive talent.
Norbert was a Partner at Interconsultants Executive Search prior to McDermott + Bull’s acquisition. Previous to this, he worked at ICL, RICOH, and Samsung in various national and international senior management positions. He began his career in the military as an officer of the Cavalry.
