Regan Amigleo
Talent research associate
Regan serves as a Talent Research Associate for McDermott + Bull, where she supports the internal recruiting team with research initiatives, candidate sourcing, and data entry.
Prior to her full-time position at McDermott + Bull, she began as a business development and research intern. Her past experiences also include working at Texas Christian University, where she handled responsibilities as a social media manager and recreation supervisor.
Regan holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Texas Christian University, where she graduated at the top of her class, summa cum laude, with a minor in leadership and entrepreneurship. She was born and raised in California and loves spending time on the beach.
