As Senior Consultant for McDermott + Bull in the Vancouver office, Tracey brings 20 years of experience in executive search with a focus on the execution of executive-level projects with national and global organizations. Tracey has a strong record of success bringing best-in-class talent solutions and leaders to businesses in diverse industries and geographies.
Tracey joined McDermott + Bull from a Vancouver-based executive search firm where she serviced clients within all business sectors, from private and public to nonprofit and academia. Earlier in her career, Tracey worked at Intrawest, Vancouver Fraser Port Authority, and Fairmont Hotels which provided the foundation for her excellent operational understanding and strong customer service orientation.
Tracey holds her bachelor’s degree from the University of Victoria and gives back to the community by lending her time through her work with numerous municipal and community initiatives.
