Trevor Gartlan serves as an Executive Recruiter at McDermott + Bull, where he supports search engagements across the firm. Prior to joining McDermott + Bull, Trevor served as a Professional Recruiter at Insight Global in Orange County, California. There, he identified and evaluated top consultants to meet client requirements, built and maintained robust candidate pipelines, and conducted comprehensive phone and in-person interviews. He negotiated wage rates and contract terms, prepared and delivered job offers, and managed consultant engagements to ensure both client and candidate satisfaction. His experience in full-cycle recruiting sharpened his ability to assess talent, navigate complex hiring needs, and deliver results in fast-paced environments.

Trevor earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from San Diego State University. Based in Capistrano Beach, California, he enjoys golfing, spending time at the beach, watching sports, and going on coffee walks.
