McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Lena McKeown as Human Resources Manager at AE Concrete. In this newly created position, Lena will play a key role in elevating and building out the organization’s human resources programs and practices. As part of the leadership team, she will serve as a strategic business partner focused on driving employee engagement and AE Concrete’s philosophy of caring.
With several years of human resources experience in unionized environments, Lena brings a sophisticated and employee-centric approach to the function’s best practices. With a blend of strategic and tactical experience, she is excited about the opportunity to contribute to AE Concrete’s people programs strategy, which will support and lead to overall business success.
