McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Yvonne Harley-Burrowes as Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Revenue Cycle Management at Samaritan Daytop Village. In this role, Yvonne will be responsible for managing the claims and billing processes; conducting internal and external reporting on billing and collections; liaising with regulatory agencies, third-party vendors, and internal stakeholders; and implementing enhanced workflows to optimize revenue cycle management.
Yvonne brings extensive experience in both corporate and not-for-profit sectors, specializing in finance, accounting, revenue cycle management, and healthcare business operations. Known for her strong analytical skills and proficiency in problem-solving, she has a proven track record of managing priorities and meeting tight deadlines. Previously, as the AVP of Revenue Cycle Management and Healthcare Business Operations at The Bridge, she played a key role in driving financial success and operational improvements.
Samaritan Daytop Village, a leading human services organization, offers comprehensive health and human services to over 33,000 individuals annually. Operating more than 60 facilities across New York City, Long Island, and the lower Hudson Valley, the organization delivers a diverse range of services including substance use treatment, mental health and primary health care, programs for military veterans, vocational and employment services, as well as shelter and transitional housing for adolescents, families, and seniors.
