With more than 15 years in executive search, Sue specializes in recruiting transformative leaders for diverse organizations ranging from global enterprises to startup nonprofits. Her expertise spans human services, medical research, advocacy, environmental, education, and healthcare sectors with notable clients like Girl Scouts of Greater New York, Alzheimer’s Drug Discovery Foundation, and Make-A-Wish Metro. Prior to her career in executive search, Sue spent over 20 years in finance with esteemed institutions like Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs in fixed-income sales, during which she traveled globally and lived in London.
Sue has been active on non-profit boards, including EMPower and the Citizens Committee for Children NYC. Sue is also a member of several women-focused groups and has volunteered her efforts to causes like Year Up, Red Cross, and Homeless Services. Sue resides in New York City and is a tireless advocate for women in leadership roles.
