McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Donna Grenier as Chief Financial Officer at private equity-backed Atria Health. Donna will be responsible for providing financial leadership, strategy, planning, and analysis across all major initiatives within the company. Additionally, Donna will manage relationships with external financial institutions, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and oversee treasury operations and investor communications.
Donna brings over 20 years of finance and accounting expertise, most recently serving as Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at First Fertility, where she developed the finance function for a rapidly growing provider across 14 states. Prior to that, she was the Controller at Plum Dental Group, where she led financial infrastructure development for a high-growth dental support organization. Donna holds a proven track record of improving operational efficiencies, leading acquisitions, and delivering financial stability in private equity-backed organizations.
