McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Alexander Nick as Senior Associate at Melkonian Capital Management (MCM). Alexander will be responsible for sourcing, underwriting, structuring, and managing new and existing investments. He will play a pivotal role in executing real estate investment opportunities and effectuating supplementary transactions, focusing on opportunities across the risk spectrum and geographies.
Alexander brings a strong background in real estate deal execution and strategic asset management. Most recently, he served on the real estate investment team at GIC, where he was involved with executing both equity and debt transactions across multiple asset types and geographies. Before this, he was an Associate at J.P. Morgan, where he closed on nearly $2B of transactions.
