McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Priti Jhaveri as Vice President of Finance and Thom Balding as Vice President of Accounting at Infinite Electronics. Priti and Thom will further develop Infinite Electronics’ financial and accounting strategies, supporting the company’s global expansion and innovative leadership in the electronics market.
Priti Jhaveri, Vice President of Finance
In this role, Priti will direct the company’s financial planning and analysis, playing a pivotal role in aligning financial and business metrics to support the company’s growth strategies. Her responsibilities will encompass global financial planning, performance measurement, and enhancing operational efficiencies across the company.
Priti brings over 20 years of finance leadership, particularly in FP&A and operations finance within the manufacturing sector. Before joining Infinite Electronics, she was the Vice President of FP&A and Operations at Nellson Nutraceutical, where she led the finance departments across multiple sites in North America and significantly boosted performance.
Thom Balding, Vice President of Accounting
Thom will oversee the global accounting operations, ensuring compliance and reporting accuracy across all of Infinite Electronics’ operational territories. He will be responsible for managing corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, and developing internal control policies and procedures.
Thom brings over a decade in senior accounting roles at large, global organizations. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President, Global Accounting at Ivanti, where he managed a team across multiple international locations and played a key role in mergers and acquisitions. Thom has an extensive background in corporate finance and possesses sharp analytical skills from years of managing complex financial operations across organizations.
